Jackalope, later revealed to be YouTuber Lele Pons, and Fairy then competed in the battle royale with a rendition of Imagine Dragons’ “On Top of the World.”

news week contains everything you need to know about what clues have been uncovered for the fairy The Masked Singerand who might be behind the mask.

On Wednesday evening Sesame Street-thematic episode of The Masked SingerFairy dropped several clues during her clue pack.

“I’m making my debut on Sesame Street At night I feel at home [because] I grew up on these streets,” she said.

Fairy added: “Some might say I’m a bit of a Nepo fairy. I mean, while other kids had pocket money, I made pocket money by asking the neighborhood kids to come over and see my dad just hanging out at home.”

During the second tip, Fairy appeared to show a police badge at the camera.

“I definitely could have taken a more direct path to stardom like some of the friends I grew up with,” she said when photos of actors Sean Penn, Rob Lowe and Emilio Estevez were shared. “But I chose a different path by prioritizing my education and traveling the world.”

A few more clues were then dropped as Fairy decorated a Christmas tree.

“Eventually destiny led me back into the Tinsel Town spotlight. I guess office work just wasn’t for me. I had to pursue two of my loves: singing and acting,” she said, adding, “Now it’s time for me to sing a song for my darling Sesame Street Resident because while he may be grumpy, he’s an old friend.”

Cookie Monster offered one final clue while Fairy was performing, which was a paper plate that said “Endless Love” on it.

After Fairy’s clue pack and the first performance The Masked SingerThe celebrity panelists at , offered some guesses as to who the celebrity behind the mask might be.

McCarthy-Wahlberg thought she had it figured out when she told her fellow judges and the audience that it was “kind of obvious.”

After McCarthy-Wahlberg heard Cookie Monster’s “Endless Love” hint, he was convinced Fairy must be actress Tracee Ellis Ross, daughter of “Endless Love” singer Diana Ross.

She also pointed out that the “native” reference could be a reference to Ross’ role in the comedy series Black.

Thicke, meanwhile, suggested actress Rashida Jones, who is the daughter of Quincy Jones, which may explain the “Nepo Fairy” reference. Fairy had also hinted that she works in an “office,” which may be a reference to Jones’ role as Karen Filippelli on the NBC comedy series The office.

However, fans at home have a very different guess, as they are certain the fairy is actress Holly Robinson Peete.

The star’s father, Matt Robinson, was the first actor to portray Gordon Sesame Street and Robinson Peete appeared on the show himself as a young child, which might explain all the references to the show.

She also had a starring role in the television series 21 Jump Streetwhich could explain the reference to the police badge.

The Masked Singer airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Fox.
